At CarlsPatio.com returns are easy. We have one goal; we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with every part of their interaction with us, from selection, to purchase, payment, delivery and customer service.
We will accept any return of new, unused items within 14 days of the delivery for a refund. All you need to do is pack the items back in its original packaging it arrived in and call us at 1-888-372-8465 to initiate the return. If there was a mistake on our part, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs for the return is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned due to anything other than shipment damage or manufacture defect, will not have the shipping fee credited. We suggest that you purchase additional insurance for the larger items that need to travel via freight and LTL services. Items that are returned damaged or are not in new and in sell-able condition do not qualify for a return. You will be given the correct credit for the purchase upon receipt and inspection of the product.
We take time to carefully inspect every order to insure our products are in perfect condition and that the order that ships is exactly as purchased.
We suggest each customer take the time to measure the area to be furnished, as well as the access to that area to be sure the your furniture's size is appropriate for your available space. There may also be a differentiation in color from one computer monitor to another, so we suggest requesting fabric and finish samples to be confident of your choice.
The above return policy as it relates to the 14 day time period on returns are for purchases made on www.carlspatio.com only. Any purchases made within a Carls Patio showroom is not subject to the 14 day return policy.
